Week One
Monday 4 Oct
We meet
We come together as a group to begin the journey through the lives and energy of these remarkable Feminine Masters. Each of us has individual and collective coding that expresses as seeds of consciousness within us. This first class helps to identify within us what we are working with and begins the process of unlocking these seeds.
Week Two
Monday 11 0ct
Mary Magdalene
Mary Magdalene is energetically equal to Jeshua Ben Joseph. Her strength, deep hearted skills and spiritual accomplishment were essential to the birthing of the Christ energy of Love on the Earth.
"My oracular code transmission awakens you as a vehicle of awakening in others" (The Sophia Code, Kaia Ra). Mary Magdalene meditated and learnt self-mastery practices to manage her huge energy field. Her sense of destiny was always with her, and she had many visions of other cultures and places, as well as an awareness of the brutality of the world she had been born into.
Mary Magdalene was particularly connected to the plight of women and was acutely aware of the silencing of the Feminine. The defaming of her through history mirrors the behaviour towards women that is only now being addressed again on the Earth.
Week Three
Monday 18 Oct
Green Tara
Believed to be incarnated as a Nepali Princess, Green Tara is a bodhisattva associated with Tibetan Buddhism. She brings compassion and action, along with abundance, learning and personal development. She is commonly thought to be a protector who comes to relieve one's physical, emotional and spiritual suffering.
Green Tara is often seen with one leg poised for action – so that she can leap down from her lotus and assist us all.
There is a true feminist movement in Buddhism that relates to the goddess Tārā. Following her cultivation of bodhicitta, the bodhisattva's motivation, she looked upon the situation of those striving towards full awakening and she felt that there were too few people who attained Buddhahood as women. So she vowed, "I have developed bodhicitta as a woman. For all my lifetimes along the path I vow to be born as a woman, and in my final lifetime when I attain Buddhahood, then, too, I will be a woman. 14th Dalai Llama about Tārā, spoken at a conference on Compassionate Action in Newport Beach, CA in 1989
Week Four
Monday 25 Oct
Isis
The practice of personifying the beauty and bounty of earth as a goddess was prevalent in all ancient cultures. In Egypt this bounty is personified in Isis. She is portrayed as the devoted wife and mother and a great healer. When we see her she is dressed mostly in a sheath, with a throne headdress or with a solar disc within cows horns. She is sometimes depicted with enormous wings and associated with magic; often a metaphor for advanced spiritual work.
As a more human figure, she is also said to be the great lineage holder of hidden knowledge and, with her priestesses, the founder of a Mystery School of her own. Her School was based on helping women and men to achieve self-mastery in their lifetimes, offering the spiritual initiations that helped students to work on bringing the many dualities in their lives together into love.
Week Five
Monday 1 Nov
Mother Mary
In the Catholic tradition the rose is the privileged symbol for Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth. We often refer to the Brotherhood of the Christ and the Sisterhood of the Rose in the invocation of the Christ consciousness.
In the mystic tradition it is taught that Mary works with the Sacred Rose in the hearts of men and women, opening the petals of consciousness to more mercy and compassion.
While Mary is fundamental to the Catholic faith, her history, story and significance goes further than religion. Her qualities of courage, unconditional love and dedication to her calling as the Mother of Jesus, the Prince of Peace, are inspiring and uplifting to all who chose to engage with them.
Week Six
Monday 8 Nov
Lakshmi
A beloved central figure in the Hindu Pantheon, Shri-Lakshmi is the Hindu form of the timeless mother-goddess who nurtures and nourishes all life.
While she is most associated with wealth, auspiciousness, good fortune and fertility, her abundance takes many many other forms.
For many Hindu women she is a particular favourite, and she is often celebrated with ceremonies in the month of October. So this time of the year will be the perfect time for us to tune into the generosity, joy and abundance that Lakshmi embodies and calls forth in us.
