What happens during a one-on-one session
A deeply personal time-out
One-to-one sessions are available on Mondays - Wednesday each week.
This is where you can relax and let go of the blocks, walls, or defences that stop you from feeling free and at peace.
Together we create a safe place for you to take this time out to work on any challenges, current events or longer-term issues that are creating disquiet within you.
These issues can manifest in your life through what you believe, your thought processes and thought forms, or emotional energy.
All of this can be healed.
Antoinette is an accredited Ignite Your Spirit (IYS) therapist. IYS is an alternative healing modality accredited by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT).
Using IYS techniques, we identify the blocks and understand the energy, issues or events that underpin them. Next, we release these blocks through energetic work, including participative releases.
Lastly, we replace the space created by their removal with affirming ideas and thoughts that bring healing, greater self-understanding, self-love, and peace into your life.
You leave your session filled with hope and happiness in your heart.
